Shipping & Delivery

How much is Shipping?

We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders Australia Wide*. We do not have a minimum spend required.

 

*Delivery to Regional/Rural/Remote Locations (Postcode Specific)

There are some locations that we are unable to ship bulky items to. These areas include non-mainland addresses, rural/remote locations and some regional areas where couriers do not offer a service or it is not commercially viable to ship the order. If your delivery address is within one of these locations, we will contact you regarding your order.

 

Service

  • Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually the next business day, and dispatch operates Monday to Friday. We process orders as fast as possible, but dispatch can be delayed during peak sale times.
  • In the event that an order is placed for an out of stock item, you will be contacted as quickly as possible to choose to wait for the item to come into stock, choose an alternative item, or to receive a refund of payment.
  • Please make sure someone is able to accept the goods at the shipping location. You may elect to give an authority for the goods to be left without a signature, but this is done at your own risk. Brightest cannot accept any responsibility for any items damaged or stolen once left by the courier driver.
  • Once your order has been processed, we will update your order shipping details and you will receive a text or email with your tracking number.
  • If an incorrect delivery address has been supplied, the customer will be responsible for additional postage costs.
  • If delivery is to a business or work address, please supply the name of the business in the shipping field of your order. This avoids any confusion when multiple businesses are at the same address.
  • For large items which need to be sent via courier a street address is mandatory.

 

Standard Delivery Times

NSW - Sydney - Approximately 1-3 business days from time of dispatch for delivery to metro Sydney & up to 7+ days for NSW regional areas.

ACT - Canberra - Approximately 1-3 business days from time of dispatch for delivery to metro Canberra & up to 7+ days for ACT regional areas.

VIC - Melbourne - Approximately 1-3 business days from time of dispatch for delivery to metro Melbourne & up to 7+ days for VIC regional areas.

QLD - Brisbane - Approximately 2-5 business days from time of dispatch for delivery to metro Brisbane & up to 7+ days for QLD regional areas.

SA - Adelaide - Approximately 2-5 business days from time of dispatch for delivery to metro Adelaide & up to 7+ days for SA regional areas.

WA - Perth - Approximately 7-14 business days from time of dispatch for delivery to metro Perth & up to 14+ days for WA regional areas.

TAS - Hobart - Approximately 4-8 business days from time of dispatch for delivery to metro Hobart & Up to 7+ days for TAS regional areas.

All estimates above are business days from dispatch and are approximates only. Orders only dispatched on business days Monday to Friday and does not include Public Holidays. Times sometimes may vary depending on issues outside of our control. 

Please leave enough time for your order to be delivered if you are ordering luggage for an upcoming trip or products for a special occasion. We recommend you allow the maximum time stated above to avoid any disappointment.
