Returning Purchases

We are not happy unless you are happy - simple as that!

We understand you want to be comfortable purchasing the right product either for yourself or for your friends and family. That's why we have a 30 day Money-Back Guarantee, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return the items within 30 days from date of invoice, for a full refund (excluding postal charges). Items must be in brand new, unused condition, with all tags still attached.

For all returns we require your full name, receipt and order number along with the goods which must be unused and have all original tags still attached. You can contact us at info@brightplaza.com.au to advise of your return and we will provide you with a returns address. Upon receipt, we will refund the full purchase price of the products excluding return postage.

 

Can I exchange an item?

We’re not able to offer an exchange on returned items. If you need a different size or colour, or you want a different item, just place a new order. That way it will get to you quicker too. We will refund the price you paid for your item, back to the original account used.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure your return is packed properly and can’t get damaged in transit. We recommend using registered post so that you can keep track of your parcel.

 

What if my goods are faulty?

We try to ensure all our products are shipped free from defects, but if there is a problem with your purchase when you receive it, please contact us and we will organise to have the item replaced or refunded.

We unconditionally guarantee all merchandise against possible defects for 7 days from receipt. If your goods should develop a fault during this period you may return the defective merchandise free, for a prompt refund or replacement. In this instance only, Bright Plaza will pay for all return shipping costs relating to defective goods.

Please email info@brightplaza.com.au with pictures clearly showing the fault. Ensure you also include a copy of your proof or purchase or information in your email as to when you purchased the item. Make sure your email includes details on what has happened to your item as this will help when we make the assessment.

 

Warranty based returns

Every product you purchase from Bright Plaza comes with a warranty that covers manufacturing defects or faults. Warranty periods start from the purchase date on your receipt.

Warranties do not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage from airlines and other carriers. We recommend that you check over your bag when retrieving it from a carrier, and if there is any damage, please report it to the airline or carrier at that time.

If a problem occurs with your purchase within its warranty period, you can contact us for assistance, and your product can be returned to us for assessment of the fault at your cost. If covered by the warranty, the fault will be repaired and the item returned to you free of charge. In the case that no repair is possible, the item will be replaced or refunded.
